Every video project is individually quoted. Once we understand what you want to create, where filming will take place and how the finished content will be used, Buzz will provide a clear proposal based on the production’s actual scope.
Production Details
Built to Travel. Planned to Perform.
Buzz produces project-based video throughout the lower 48 and assembles each production team around the needs of the project.
Production teams may include a creative director, producer, videographer, photographer and licensed drone operator.
Buzz travels for productions throughout the continental United States. Travel costs are quoted separately.
Buzz can coordinate models, actors, voiceover talent, props and filming locations when needed.
Photography and video can be coordinated during the same production when included in the approved scope.

What to Know Before Production.
Every project is different, but these answers provide a helpful starting point as you plan your production.
We recommend beginning the conversation at least three months before your desired filming date. Seasonal and holiday projects should be planned even earlier.
Yes. Buzz travels throughout the lower 48 for on-location productions. Travel costs are billed separately and included in the project proposal.
Yes. Buzz can develop the campaign concept, creative direction, script, interview questions, shot list, location plan and talent coordination.
Potentially. The number, length and format of the final edits are determined by the project scope and outlined in the approved proposal before production begins.
No. Raw video files are not included. Clients receive the final edited deliverables described in the approved project scope.
Turnaround depends on the project, number of deliverables and revision schedule. The expected timeline will be included in the proposal. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.
Final files are delivered through Frame.io. Buzz typically stores final project files for two years after completion.
A 50% deposit and the approved travel costs are required to reserve the production. The remaining 50% is due on the scheduled deliverable date.
Buzz does not typically travel for video shoots during the fourth quarter. Holiday productions should be filmed and scheduled earlier in the year.
