What to Know Before Your Shoot.
We will review the specific details of your production during the planning process, but here are a few helpful starting points.
Booking early is recommended, especially for seasonal campaigns and on-location productions. Your date is secured once the signed agreement and required deposit are received.
Jewelry must be securely packaged and fully insured for its value during transit and while at the Buzz studio. Clients are responsible for inbound and return shipping expenses.
Buzz can facilitate and coordinate models when needed. Model coordination is included in applicable packages, but talent fees are quoted separately and approved before the shoot.
Yes. Your planning meeting will be used to establish a prioritized shot list based on your products, goals and intended marketing uses.
Each package includes the stated minimum number of professionally selected and edited images. Unedited and RAW files are not included unless agreed upon separately in writing.
Clients may use the final edited images for their marketing, advertising and promotional purposes within the agreed scope. Buzz retains a non-exclusive license to use the work in its portfolio and promotional materials.
One planning meeting of up to one hour is included. Additional in-person, phone or video meetings are billed at $100 per hour.
Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final images. Rush delivery, additional meetings, talent fees, travel expenses and requests outside the original project scope may result in additional charges. All scope changes must be approved in writing before work is completed.
