Photography Packages

Package Price: $2,500.00

Fee Includes:

• 1 hour pre-shoot planning with client
• 7 Hours of Photography
• 90+ Images
• Model Coordination
• Photo Edits/Touch-Ups

Travel & Logistics

• We Come to You: Our team will travel to your location to execute the shoot.
• Flights: Client is responsible for covering the cost of flights for our team, if necessary. Flights will be booked in advance and costs will be pre-approved by the client.
• Transportation: We will arrange all local transportation (e.g., car rentals, taxis, or rideshares) for our team. All transportation costs will be billed to the client.
• Food & Accommodation: Clients will cover meals and overnight stays (if required). We will provide an estimated food and accommodation budget prior to the shoot.

Model Coordination and Releases

• If Applicable, Buzz Advertising Agency will facilitate and coordinate models used in production.
• Model release forms will be signed for the rights to use images for commercial purposes.

Turnaround Time

• The standard turnaround time for receiving your final photos is 2- 3 weeks.
• Rush turnaround (if needed) is available at an additional cost of extra $200.

Meetings

• Pre-Planning Meeting: One pre-planning meeting (up to one hour) is included free of charge.
• Additional Meetings: Any additional meetings, whether in person or via phone/video call, will be billed at $100 per hour.

Number of Photos Delivered

• Standard Deliverables: This package includes a minimum of 90 final edited photos.

Ownership and Licensing:

• Client Usage: The client will retain full rights to use the final edited images for their own marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, as outlined in the agreed scope.
• Company Usage: Buzz Ad Agency (the photographer and marketing agency) retains a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the photos for any purpose, including but not limited to portfolio display, social media, advertisements, marketing materials, website content, and future promotional activities.
• Commercial Use: Both parties may use the images commercially, but any use outside the agreed-upon scope will require additional written consent and may incur additional fees.

Additional Clause

• Changes and Additional Requests: Any changes to the scope of work, additional services, or extra deliverables not initially agreed upon may be subject to additional charges. All such changes must be approved in writing by the client before being carried out.

A La Carte Add-Ons

The following services are available as add-ons to the package:

• Staff Headshots: $100
  Professional headshots for your staff, styled and edited to your specifications.
• Storefront Images: $100
  High-quality images of your storefront or retail space, styled to highlight key features of your business.
