Some thoughts from Tammy over the Thanksgiving weekend…..
Whew! What a season! 4th quarter is the craziest time of year at Buzz because many of our customers are jewelers and the largest percentage of their annual sales happen during the holiday season. The number of events and promotions at least triples this time of year. So our team has been BUZZING! The number of graphic designs, blogs, social media posts, radio ads, TV commercials have been designed/produced/written is mind-boggling!
In this season of reflection on all that we are blessed with, I have so much thanks to give. On the top of the list, of course, is family.
My work family…We almost made it through the toughest stretch of the year. Not one tear was shed (this isn’t abnormal during 4Q). And, instead, we’ve had lots of laughs and fun getting through it. I am blessed with the most amazing group of positive, fun, hard-working individuals that love our customers as much as I do. I have had so many compliments on our team this season from customers and am so very proud of every single person on it! THANK YOU!!
My customer family…Through starting this new company, I have been deeply humbled by the discovery that so many of our customers care as much about our success as we do theirs. I have had so many cheerleaders, excited for the start of Buzz Advertising Agency and asking how they could help. I’ve always worked to select partners, not customers, other like-minded, hard-working nice people that want to grow together. Thank you to every person that has allowed us to play a part of their growth and success! THANK YOU for believing in us like we believe in you!
Last but not least, my home family (and friends)…I dove so deep into building a new company from scratch and making sure that we didn’t miss a beat for our customers and have only been operating on half a brain the rest of the time – half listening, half there, half at work. While I’ve been giving my best to the company, clients and team, my family has gotten the leftover energy, which sometimes hasn’t been much. Despite that, they’ve lifted me up, pushed me forward and offered help. THANK YOU for all the love and support!
I’m healthy (a huge blessing in itself), happy and have the most amazing family (all of them).
My “thankful” cup runeth over. I wish all the same and more for you!
